Refund Policy

Summary: Our products are digital and are delivered instantly after payment. Therefore, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once the purchase is complete.

1. Digital Products — No Returns

The Complete Job Interview Mastery Bundle and all other GyanBox products are downloadable digital files (PDF eBooks and editable templates). Since digital files cannot be "returned" once accessed or downloaded, we do not accept returns or cancellations, and refunds are not provided for reasons such as change of mind, not reading the product, or purchasing by mistake.

Please read the product description, sample pages and FAQ carefully before you buy. If you have any question before purchasing, email us — we are happy to help.

2. When We Will Help

We want every customer to get what they paid for. Please contact us if:

You did not receive access to the product after successful payment — we will resend your access.
A file is corrupted or will not open — we will send you a working copy.
You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment) — after verification, the extra payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. How to Contact Us

Your name, email and phone number used at checkout
Your Razorpay payment ID / order ID
A short description of the issue (screenshots help)

We usually respond within 24–48 working hours. Any approved duplicate-payment refund is processed to the original payment method; the time it takes to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. Failed Transactions

If money was debited but the payment failed, it is usually reversed automatically by the bank / payment gateway within a few working days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction details and we will help you follow up.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
