Welcome to GyanBox. By accessing this website or purchasing any of our digital products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Our Products

GyanBox sells digital educational products, including PDF eBooks, workbooks and editable document templates (such as the Complete Job Interview Mastery Bundle). These are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.

2. Purchase and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change at any time without prior notice. The price shown at checkout is the final price for your order.
• Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Please enter a valid email address and phone number at checkout, as these are used to deliver your product and to contact you about your order.

3. Delivery

After successful payment, access to the product download link is provided digitally (on the confirmation page and/or by email). If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please check your spam/promotions folder and then contact us at gyanboxpage@gmail.com with your payment ID.

4. License and Permitted Use

• On purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read, print and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You may edit the resume and cover letter templates to create your own personal documents.
• You may not copy, resell, share, distribute, upload to public websites or groups, or claim the content as your own, in whole or in part.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, text, templates, images and branding on this website and in our products are the property of GyanBox and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Our products are for educational and guidance purposes only. They do not guarantee any job, interview call, selection, salary or specific outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, practice and many factors outside our control. Names, companies and numbers used in examples are illustrative.

7. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. Please read our Refund Policy for complete details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GyanBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

This website uses third-party services such as Razorpay (payments), Google Fonts and Meta (Facebook) Pixel (analytics and advertising). Your use of these services is also subject to their own terms and policies.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
